In Plain Language

Gives the Entity Authority Score a formal footing as a proxy for Citation Probability at Query by mapping its four observable components (Identity Completeness, Attribute Accuracy, Machine-Readability and Ontological Sovereignty) to elements of OD-1's signal construction rate. It states EAS precision as an operational-mode estimate of about plus or minus 25 percentage points of CPQ at concurrent validation, and names three conditions where EAS validity does not hold: high-competition categories, non-neutral platforms, and Goodhart's Law degradation.

Abstract and Evidence Status

Abstract (verbatim from the Zenodo record)

This paper states Theorem 7 of the The Ontological Dominance Papers program, the Measurement Corollary, establishing the theoretical foundation for the Entity Authority Score (EAS), presented in OD-S, as a formally grounded proxy for Citation Probability at Query (CPQ). The theorem maps four observable EAS components — Identity Completeness, Attribute Accuracy, Machine-Readability, and Ontological Sovereignty — to elements of OD-1's signal construction rate, specifies EAS's precision as an Operational Mode measurement with an estimated uncertainty of approximately plus or minus 25 percentage points of CPQ at concurrent validation, and defines three conditions under which EAS validity does not hold: high-competition categories, non-neutral platforms, and Goodhart's Law degradation from optimizing for the score rather than the underlying signal quality. Theorem 7 was classified VERDICT B upon adversarial review: a formally correct measurement corollary of OD-1, with its concurrent validity study specified and scheduled.

Evidence status

Classified VERDICT B on adversarial review: a formally correct measurement corollary of OD-1, with its concurrent validity study specified and scheduled.
