In Plain Language

Every externally challengeable factual or attributional claim made across the survey paper and Theorems 1 to 9 is assigned a claim code, and each code carries a small table of proof points rating available corroboration by Source, URL and Tier. The program's own theorems, verdict classifications and derivations are out of scope: the library supports the program's claims about the world, not the theory itself.

Abstract and Evidence Status

Abstract (verbatim from the Zenodo record)

This document is the proof layer for the The Ontological Dominance Papers program, specified in Section 8 of OD-0. It is a claim-indexed evidentiary library: every externally challengeable factual or attributional claim made across OD-S and OD-1–9 is assigned a claim code, and each claim code carries a small table of proof points — Source, URL, Tier — rating the strength of available corroboration. Externally challengeable claims, for purposes of this library, are claims a skeptical outside reader could dispute and demand evidence for: attributions to named people or organizations, citations of established results in an external literature, and factual assertions about the state of AI systems or industry conditions. The program's own theoretical claims — the theorems of Byrum's Law themselves, their verdict classifications, and their internal mathematical derivations — are the subject of the program, not externally challengeable facts requiring third-party corroboration, and are out of scope for this library. This distinction follows directly from the register's purpose: the proof layer supports the program's claims about the world; it does not re-litigate the program's own proposed theory.

Evidence status

Reference document rather than a theorem. It indexes evidence for the program's externally challengeable claims.
